Terms of Service

Mirror'd is operated by Lavvel ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ghana. By using Mirror'd (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. See also our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Your account

Log in is by email link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

What the Service does

Mirror'd uses AI to generate a preview of how a garment might look on you, based on photos you provide. It's a visual approximation, not a guarantee of fit, sizing, color accuracy, or how the item will actually look in person. Always check the seller's size guide and return policy before buying.

Your photos and content

• You keep ownership of any photo you upload.
• By uploading a photo, you give us a limited licence, and your explicit consent (see our Privacy Policy), to send it to our AI processing partners solely to generate your try-on or styling result.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of other people with their clear permission. Don't upload anyone else's photo without their consent.
• Don't upload illegal, abusive, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use the AI results to impersonate, harass, or deceive someone.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own product.
• Automate requests to the app outside of normal use.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Payments, plans and credits

Some features require a paid plan or credits, as described on the Pricing page. Payments are handled by Paystack, and where available Stripe — we never see or store your card, mobile money, or bank details. Credits don't carry over between plan changes unless stated otherwise at the time. We may adjust pricing or free-tier limits going forward, with reasonable notice for anything affecting an active paid subscription.

Refunds: if you're not happy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it, minus a fair amount for any credits you've already used. This applies everywhere we operate, including to customers in the EU exercising their right of withdrawal.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding and design are owned by us. Your uploaded content remains yours.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for AI processing, payments, hosting, and accounts. Your use is also subject to how they handle data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Mirror'd is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated results can be inaccurate, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or have bugs — this is a young, actively developed product. We'll fix issues as we find them, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror'd and Lavvel aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including a purchase you made based on an AI preview. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $0 if you're on the free plan).

Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — except where local consumer protection law where you live gives you rights these Terms can't override.
